New Venture Consulting will offer time with Mosaic to work through an existing idea that has not yet been set in motion. We will go over initial thoughts and where Mosaic sees opportunities and elements that need further development. We will confidentially refine ideas from the client and point them in the right direction to take the idea to the next level. Honing your pitch, anticipating roadblocks, developing operational approach.
Strategy Planning
Strategy Planning services will deliver 3 to 5 year plans that helps define the path forward for clients. The process begins with a one on one kickoff. We will use this time to understand the goals of the client, develop a recommendation of how to accomplish those goals, and assess the team that needs to be assembled for execution. This service is mostly for individuals or business that are operating, but needs a plan for the future.
Business management services
Business and Marketing Management services provide clients consulting and the oversight of multiple existing business holdings. Mosaic will be able to make sure that the business teams are in sync with our client’s objectives and needs, communicating with managers, cpa’s, and other investors, to ensure that business holdings are managed efficiently, effectively, and transparently to our client.
Business opportunity assesments
Opportunity Assessment services will provide clients an assessment of the viability of a business opportunity that has been presented to them. Mosaic will assess business plans, management expertise, strategic vision, and deal value. These assessments will give a client the ability to have a formal and informed judgement on pursuit of a new venture.
